Saxsim is responsible<\/strong>\u00a0For non-conformity of the goods sold to the customer with the terms of the contract or for defects that appear\u00a0within two years<\/strong>\u00a0from the moment the goods are delivered to the Customer.<\/p>

Saxsim is not liable for any defects in the product caused by the Customer or for defects that have arisen as a result of improper storage or use of the product. Defects include defects in the product, but not defects in the product packaging.<\/p>

If the product does not meet the terms of the contract<\/strong>, it has defects or malfunctions, the Customer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the product. If repair or replacement of the product is not possible, fails or causes unjustified inconvenience to the Customer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund.<\/p>

In the event of a claim, Saxsim will bear the costs of repairing or replacing the product within the first six months from the date of delivery of the product to Saxsim. During the following 1.5 years, Saxsim will bear the corresponding costs only if the claim was justified.<\/p>

Product non-conformity<\/strong>\u00a0or if any defects appear on it\u00a0please submit a claim<\/strong>\u00a0to the email address saxsim2007@gmail.com.<\/p>

The claim must state:<\/p>

1) Client's name and contact details;<\/p>

2) Date of filing the complaint;<\/p>

3) Description of the defect in the goods;<\/p>

4) Claim against Saxim;<\/p>

5) Reference must be made to the document proving the transaction or guarantee or a copy thereof must be attached to the complaint.<\/p>

Saxim will respond to the claim in writing within 15 days of receiving the Client's claim. If Saxim is unable to respond to the Client's claim within 15 days, the Client will be notified in writing, stating the reason and the deadline by which the response will be sent.<\/p>
