Products purchased from the SaxSim O\u00dc online store have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the goods.<\/p>

To return the goods, a free-form application must be submitted to the email address saxsim2007@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>

The purchased product must be returned immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the product return application.<\/p>

If necessary, the Customer will be reimbursed for the cost of the returned goods, including the initial shipping cost, no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product return application.<\/p>

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods if:<\/p>

  1. the product is made taking into account the personal needs of a specific customer;<\/li>
  2. the product is manufactured according to the conditions provided by the customer;<\/li>
  3. the product is unfit for use for health protection or hygiene reasons or it has been used or opened (cosmetics, hair care products, etc.);<\/li>
  4. the product is mixed or combined with another product or good so that they can no longer be separated from each other;<\/li>
  5. the product has been used for economic and professional purposes;<\/li>
  6. the malfunction was caused by incorrect use of the device (failure to follow the instructions);<\/li>
  7. the device has been used with an inappropriate voltage;<\/li>
  8. the product has mechanical damage or is broken (e.g. due to a fall);<\/li>
  9. this is normal wear and tear of the device and defects that do not impair the value or use of the device;<\/li>
  10. the device has been repaired by a service technician not authorized by the importer.<\/li><\/ol>

    If it turns out that the Customer has not received the product they ordered, the goods do not match the description in the online store, or the product has a defect, the Customer does not have to submit a withdrawal request within 14 days, but can exercise the right to file a claim under the law.<\/p>

    Use of purchased goods\/products for economic or professional purposes (including legal entities)<\/strong><\/p>

    If the purchased product has been used for commercial or professional purposes or if the buyer is a legal entity, the normal complaint procedure does not apply. In these cases, the complaint period is usually 6 months or longer, if the manufacturer has allowed it.
